Slow-cooked Chicken Soup


This is a great winter soup made with slow-cooked chicken and broth. Seasonal veggies are added like kabocha squash, ginger, cabbage, onions, and salt and pepper. This is a traditional peasant food channeled from an ancestoral diet.

*Bone broths contain collagen and very good for rebuilding gut, joints, and nervous system. When bones are slow cooked they create collagen from the joints and ligaments of the chicken.
