Red Lentil Dahl with Root Veggies
This is a classic Ayurvedic dahl that is tridoshic in nature. Many of my clients who practice yoga like this dish and add it as a staple to their diets. It is plant-based and easy to digest because it has red lentils with warming spices like ginger, cumin, turmeric, fresh cilantro, and coconut oil. Root veggies are grounding and nutrient-dense.
