Kelp Noodles in a Coconut Miso Broth with Zucchini and Sweet Peppers

Kelp noodles are a highly nutritious noodle made from seaweed. They are great for paleo diet or grain-free diets. Wonderful for stirfrys or ramen. This is a ramen-styled dish that uses a light fragrant coconut broth with miso added.

*Seaweed is alkalizing because of it's mineral-dense components. Miso is fermented and when it's kept under the boiling point has valuable friendly bacteria.
