Wild Salmon Poached with Herbs
Poached wild salmon is a light protein-rich dish done in a French style. The salmon can be added to salads, soups, or grain dishes. It's steamed in herbal water and much lighter than pan roasted or baked salmon.
*Salmon is high in b vitamins, essential fatty acids, and protein. Limiting your use due to polluted oceans is recommended, and choosing wild over farmed. Farmed salmon is pumped with antibiotics and could be genetically modified.
